Review The Coldest Winter Ever was an excellent book. This is what an urban novel is. Every character and scene that Souljah describes is forver imbedded in your head. The struggles that Winter goes through to maintain the life style that she believes she deserves is what almost every teenage girl tries to live through everyday. This book is not only a good read, it helps others to understand the issues that teenagers in the 21st century have to deal with. It helps parents and other adults to get a better understanding of the teenagers living with and around them.
